I had Ron and his wife onboard today with fly rods loaded. Bonefishing was good but we couldn't get a fly out far enough to get them to eat so we changed it up. Targeting other species they caught snappers and other stuff on fly and then a barracuda on spin.

Ed and his son Eddie and I hadn't fished in years so I was glad to see them today. The morning started off on fire with tons of shots at big bonefish and in spite of a bunch of close calls, today just didn't work out. We wrapped up the morning catching a mutton snapper but overall it was slow with the exception of bonefishing. Capt. I fished with David and his friend Kivi. The bonefishing was slow but we did miss the bite on one before turning our attention to sharks where Kivi and David each got one on the flats.

August 13, 2019 Report (Tarpon Video!)

Regular clients Paul and his 12 year old boy Thomas fished with me again today for the 3rd straight year. We had a great day hooking three tarpon, landing one and losing another after an hour fight, caught big 20lb jacks and lost several to big bull sharks. Needless to say, Thomas was worn out!

Bryan was chasing bonefish today with flyrod in hand and brought his friend "Hodge" along. Hodge had never fished but got a shark and had tons of shots at bonefish while Bryan had a ton of shots at bonefish too but things just didn't line up for us. Capt. August 5 and 6, 2019 Report

For two days I fished with regular clients Kent and he brought along his buddy Jason. Both days we followed the same game plan, bonefishing and permit fishing in the early morning and then off to snappers, cudas and sharks. The total tally was tons of shots at bonefsih, a couple at permit, a cuda and several big sharks.
