October 22, 2016 Report (Video!)

Rob is a regular local client of mine and we hadn't fished in quite a bit so today we fished on his bay boat with his friend's Ed and Shawn. Loading up on live pilchards we hit the creeks for snook and 5 spots later we had missed a couple of bites and landed a barracuda. Off to the finger channels for big muttons but that proved slow. Next, we fished a shallow wreck where we caught snappers, trigger fish, porgies and blue runners. With bait and chum in hand for shark fishing we hit the flats and set up the fresh chum. The sharks were coming in hot and fast and we hooked 6 and landed 2. We ended the day on a high note and those sharks are always a blast!
