Teddy jumped aboard today out of Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo and we had just absolutely ideal conditions for Bonefish. With slick calm water and a dropping tide we headed towards the mangrove shorelines and there were plenty of Bonefish cruising around. After a number of shots at big fish Teddy finally hooked up but deep into the initial run the 10 + pound Bonefish broke him off. The wind started to pick up after this so we had to run back ahead of an approaching cold front but Teddy is absolutely hooked on bone fishing out and who could blame him!
