Night Tarpon Report December 2, 2013

Tonight I had Jeff from Atlanta on board for some tarpon on fly action. The main areas this time of year for night time tarpon fishing is around bridges on the outgoing tide. The action was slower than expected tonight but it did pick up towards the end of the outgoing tide around 2am. We had numerous tarpon bust on shrimp and whitebait around the boat and had two bites on fly. We also had a nice snook track the fly out of the bridge's shadow line but decide not to eat once it saw the boat. Capt. Mo Estevez www.MiamiBonefishing.com
