This is my last trip before going on vacation and Heather and Doug jumped aboard to try their hand at tarpon on fly. The original plan was bonefish but with howling winds the cover provided while tarpon fishing proved to be the best bet. Well, we started fishing a tarpon spot and they wouldn't eat a fly today and we got one hit on the bait rod but no hook up. Geeze! We braved the winds, put Doug at a good angle to the wind and threw flies for trout but they wouldn't cooperate. Not one of my favorite days! Capt.
