August 12, 2017 Fishing Report

Local and regular client George brought his two little boys along again today Patrick and Evan. We started off fishing for trout since George wanted to have his boys catch a few and we missed a few bites but trout fishing was generally slow. I decided to make a run down to South Biscayne Bay where we fished one more spot and that one proved to be productive. The boys had their fill with Mangrove snappers and we had a big Barracuda come in a few times but we were too slow to react. However, a school of big bar jacks came through and George hooked up and after a long run, the fish broke us off on structure. Capt.
