July 7, 2018 Report (Tarpon Video!)

Back on the water today working 7am to 11am to beat the heat and the weekend crowds with Charlie from Bermuda on board. This was a fun trip as Charlie wanted to catch sharks and I already had some baits from yesterday so off the flats we went. Taking advantage of the outgoing tide we set up and we were hooked up within minutes! Almost getting spooled we had to chase the big lemon shark and got some video and a release. He wanted one more so that took another 20 minutes and he was on! After our second release we went back towards Key Biscayne where Charlie tore it on on artificials catching a bunch of jacks, hoking tarpon, mackerel and barracuda.
