Day one with Glen from australia resulted in finding tarpon with lock jaw and a bunch of shots in fly at mudding and tailing bonefish in 20 plus MPH winds.

We had some really awesome conditions today and I started my charter a little late at 10a.m. with Henrik from Denmark. We had great conversations as Henrik was a sergeant in the Danish military and fought in Bosnia. He wanted to catch Bonefish so we headed straight to the Bonefish flats and had a few shots at first but ended the day absolutely covered in big mudding bonefish where Henrik had an obscene number of shots and hooked one but broke off almost immediately. What a heartbreaker!

I had Richard aboard this morning for a quick trip full of trout, sharks and a general hiding from the wind.

Today was a really fun day fishing 1/2 day in the morning with Rob again. He is a blast of fish with very cool laid-back and had some interesting stories about a couple of other Charters he was on after we fished on Thursday. In any event, we did find some Bonefish and had some shots on fly but didn't hook any.

February 11, 2018 Report (Tarpon video!)
Austin fished with me a few months ago and we had a great time. This time we had some 20 plus MPH winds and an outgoing tide. So what to do? Target tarpon of course. Just a few casts in Austin hooks a big tarpon and the fight is on! Dealing with 6 foot rollers and a nasty chop we struggled to maintain position on the fish and kept getting swept out to by the strong out going tide and big tarpon. Eventually we regained control, got into a better situation and landed the awesome tarpon. Seconds after high fiving Austin says "ready for some calm water?" and off we went to the trout flats. Catching some trout Austin decided to call it a day early and we headed in. What a great morning with a great guy!

Michael and Lisa booked me last tear but we cancelled the trip due to high winds. Today we had 20 MPH winds but definitely workable for bonefish on fly since we had great visibility. I definitely noticed a decrease in fish activity today getting only one shot at a school of mudding bones, We changed it up and caught trout on fly then jacks on lures.
