March 28, 2015 Report
Tony from Ohio and part time resident of Marco Island jumped aboard with his daughter to fly fish for tarpon, bonefish and permit. The weather had other plans for us though. We faced a stiff 20 MPH north wind all day that became difficult to fish in on fly. The day was centered around fishing leeward areas where there have been tarpon. There were tarpon around and we ended the day surrounded by tarpon and ended up getting a take on fly but no hook ups. Tough day today!
