June 11th 2018 Report

It's always great to meet and fish with different people and today was no exception. In town to play the Marlins was San Francisco Giants pitcher Mark and he brought along his two friends Tom and Tyler and we had an absolute blast. On our way to tarpon fishing we spotted some schools of bait getting worked and absolutely tore up lady fish, big blue fish, some mackerel, shark and Tarpon. Using only artificial lures it was red hot all morning and then we decided to give the fish a break and target tarpon. We showed up at the first tarpon spot but there was a big storm full of lightning moving towards us so we gave it about 10-15 minutes and then with time running out in the trip ran closer to the marina where we caught some jackd and had some shots at Tarpon before we called it a day and headed in before the storm got to us.
