July 23, 2016 Report
Today was a tough morning. Mike and Jeff from Naples boarded in order to target bonefish and permit. Conditions could not have been better so I had high hopes for today. The first three spots yielded one school of waking bonefish in the distance and not much else. Spot four provided two shots at permit but no takers. Spot five proved to be the last spot of the day where we saw two bones but too close to the boat. There was hardly any life on the flats today so we called it a day at four hours.
