Sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't. I was working with 20 plus MPH winds again today as Steve jumped aboard my skiff. He wanted to fly fish but that wouldn't work today so we fished live shrimp instead and got to work. At the first spot Steve lost a nice snook and then got two as we missed a few more bites. With the fishing slowing down we made a move to a bonefish spot that would work since it was just outside the wind but as we got to the spot there was already a boat working it. No worries. Steve and I fished the last spot of the trip in the teeth of the wind but an area that was calm and he quickly got another snook and a some yellow jacks. Congrats Steve on your first snook!
