Wow, that wind was brutal today as I fished with Martin, Eric and Javier from Nevada. The plan was to chase bonefish on fly but with 25-30 MPH winds we would need to scratch that. Instead, we focused on keeping the rods bent and the guys had a great time. The one snook spot I was able to fish in the wind was good to us except we ended up missing some bites but still caught mutton snappers and jacks that would give the guys a workout. The half day went quick so we wrapped it up at another spot where they caught ladyfish and some more species.
